Kharkiv heavy shelling on the 6th day of Russia's invasion of Ukraine

Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, was hit by increasing Russian shelling on Tuesday. The incident took place on the sixth day of Russia's invasion of Ukraine when a group of Russian troops attacked a road north of the Ukrainian capital Kiev.
Ukraine's Foreign Ministry has shared a video of an attack on the Kharkiv regional state administration building in the city center.
There were no immediate reports of injuries in the attack, but Kharkiv authorities said a total of at least 11 people had been killed and dozens more wounded in the Russian attack.
According to the Kremlin, Russian President Vladimir Putin told French leader Emmanuel Macron in a phone call on Monday that a settlement could only be reached if Russia's "legitimate security interests" were considered, including the disarmament of Ukraine.

Officials say warplanes and helicopters have been shot down and Russian troops are stranded on the side of the road as their vehicles run out of fuel.
According to Filippo Grandi, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, more than 520,000 refugees have fled Ukraine to neighboring countries.
